Resurgence of Downtown
Across the country, locals are feeling a sense of downtown pride and flocking to thriving main street districts. Locally, cities such as Greenville, Columbia, and world renowned Charleston, flaunt successful retail, restaurant, and entertainment after years of being forgotten.
Craig Reagin originally opened to a vacated main street littered with empty buildings and law offices. We decided to take a chance on downtown because we knew eventually people would grow tired of the urban sprawl and want to once again see their hometowns prosper. Luckily, we made the correct decision and now are proud to welcome thriving restaurants, retail, and new entertainment as our neighbors.
